Love the work you guys are doing. I was reading a book called 888 days on the isonzo front (888 dni na soški fronti in slovenian ) and i read in it that in the 12th battle of the isonzo there was a italian general whu became a POW (Prisoner of war ). And now comes the question : How many generals were prisoners of war ? And do you know if there was any even higher ranking POW than justh normal generals (maybe even major generals )?Posted 1 week ago by Lovro Veber.
Czech/Bohemian people were drafted into fighting for the Austro-Hungarian Emire (AHE), but were any of those Czech/Bohemian units/soldiers overwhelmingly in favor of fighting for the AHE? What did this mean for the Czech Legions fighting for independence?Posted 1 week ago by Anonymous.
