Asked 2 weeks ago by Indiana Jones

Boris III, son of Ferdinand I of Bulgaria, godson of Tsar Nicholas II, served in the Balkan Wars and in World War One he fought in Macedonia and Romania. By 1918, he was a Major General. German generals including Von Mackensen and Erich Ludendorff described him as an excellent soldier. Post War he became Tsar of Bulgaria and in WW2 he refused to sent Bulgarian troops to fight for Hitler and he saved 50,000 Jews from the Holocaust
